Xpu-Ha Palace Resort

Xpu-Ha Palace is no longer part of the
Palace Resorts collection of properties.

Reservations booked prior to August 15th for travel beginning October 1, 2011 may still stay at the new BelAir/Xpu-Ha Resort, but it will be up to the traveler to decide whether they want to keep their reservation as is, or cancel and re-book at another Palace Resorts property (subject to availability; excluding Le Blanc Spa Resort).

If you are effected by this change, and you decide to cancel and re-book, Palace Resorts will honor the rate originally paid for Xpu-Ha Palace (applies only to existing reservations made prior to August 15, 2011).

In addition to the aforementioned, the following concessions will also apply:

• Resort credit promotion will be honored for all existing and active reservations for travel as of October 1, 2011 staying at the new BelAir/ Xpu-Ha Resort. Spa services will be provided at Aventura Spa Palace.
• Resort credit promotion will be honored for all existing reservations that opt to cancel and re-book at another Palace Resorts property.
