Highlight(s):	Adult only, beautiful rooms, lots of restaurants, massage, Olympus was great. Laguna with snorkeling. Not ocean-view for the first 2 days, but they were able to accommodate us.
Comments:	Alma was wonderful, I would most certainly use her again as a travel agent, everything she told us about was correct and she was very friendly and helpful with our 1000 questions

Comments:	Our trip was excellent, and your service was excellent, however on the return trip home Olympus tours said I missed them calling my name on the day of departure, although I was at valet 15 minutes before my scheduled departure time. I never heard my name being called, and never saw an Olympus shuttle pull up. I finally asked about the transfer 15 minutes later and they said it left because I was not there. I ended up having to pay $53 to take a taxi to the airport. Didn't make for a pleasant travel day home.

Highlight(s):	Relaxing. Great Beach. Good service from resort staff (overall). Were quite disappointed that room did not have a view, even though we requested several times and even checked in early to get a room with a view. Food was marginal -- they need to do better. GoGo people a little too pushy at hotel, trying to push tours. OK to ask, but they need to back off when we say no.
Comments:	Great arrangements for transport to/fro the airport. Everything as expected (except for room location). Good job, Alma!

Highlight(s):	We enjoyed staying in the golf villas, because it was convenient for our golf package. The restaurant and spa were delightful also. The resort is large and spread out. If you don't mind a jungle and pond view versus an ocean view, the setting at the golf villas is peaceful and delightful. We saw animals of the jungle such as coatamundi, birds of all kinds, crocodile and various flora and fauna. I loved the natural scenery.
Comments:	We were delighted with the housekeeping , spa and restaurant staff. The violinist at the Golf course restaurant was wonderful also. We loved our room with balcony and Jacazzi. We were enchanted overall. The food was delicious, plentiful and creative. In reality, dealing with the local staff who help with transportation, dining and drinks was a delight. We did not enjoy dealing with management (front desk check-in and administative staff) much. We found the help of the Palace-Resorts-Experts.com very valuable in meeting our expectations for this vacation. We not only got a discount, but some very real assistance with making tee time reservations and making our stay as confortable as possible. We had never been to Cancun, so Alma Garcia's insights into which resort was desirable in making our golf vacation plans proved invaluable. Thank You again, Alma!

Comments:	Your firm went above and beyond the call duty. When we were stuck in Mexico and unable to reach the US Government, Alma, one of your agents, made it her personal mission to get us out of there. She was a godsend. When she heard we were stuck in Hurricane Wilma, she took her upon herself to make sure we were okay, and, ultimately, to get us home. I can't thank her enough. When we left Mexico, there were thousands of American tourists still stranded there, and but for Alma, we would have been among them. It probably will be a while before I make another trip to Mexico, but when I do, I wouldn't consider using anyone else to book the trip.

Highlight(s):	The service at Moon Palace Resort was incredible. My entire family felt like Kings and Queens; including my kids! Had 3 great days at Beach and Cancun Palace Beaches. The pool at the Moon Palace was unbelievable. It was an incredible experience for all of us. I don't know that I would ever do a trip other than "all-inclusive" because of the ability to eat and drink to our content. With a 12 and 14 year old, it's priceless!
Comments:	Alma and GO-GO company was the only reason my family was able to get home after Wilma. We had chosen to purchase our flight seperate from the package offered because of a discount a friend got us. After spending 7 days in the Moon Palace Shelter, the American Embassy and our airline(Frontier) were not the one's who got us home. Go-Go(Olympus) had a sign up sheet in the shelter that we put our names on Tuesday Oct 26th. Wed Oct 27th a rep from Olympus was in our shetler at 5:15am to get us on a bus and to Cancun airport, and eventually to Newark NJ. At the time, we felt like GO-GO was our long shot home, but in the end they had proven to my family THEY CARED!!!!! It was difficult to go through a disaster like Wilma and to feel so far away, especially with my children. It is still difficult today to realize that our GOVERMENT and a large corporation such as FRONTIER did not seem to care! When we landed in Newark NJ, there were 6-8 GO-GO reps there making arrangements for every passenger coming off the flight. They had drinks and snacks for us and made arrangements for all of us to get to where we needed to go. A small group of us had to be transfered to LaGuardia airport, and they arranged a pick-up and transfer for free, reserved rooms at a hotel in NY, and made sure we were taken care of. After not having a shower for 8 days, they still gave us hugs and shed tears upon arrival. Once my family got into our hotel in NY I called to make arrangements with Frontier and still had to transfer by rent a car to Maryland in order for them to get us on a flight to Denver because of our buddy passes. My sister called Alma that next morning to ask if there was anything else we could do to be sure we could get on that stand-by flight as there were 46 open seats, but Frontier still wouldn't put them in our name. Somehow and someway, Alma got through to Frontier and said the right things because after driving for almost 5 hours not knowing whether seats would still be open, the lady at the ticket counter knew who we were and had 4 seats ready and held for us. Alma did not have anything to do with our flight arrangements when we scheduled our trip, however, she faught until the end to get my family home safe. I WILL NEVER BOOK A VACATION WITHOUT ALMA AND GO-GO TOURS EVER AGAIN;EVERYONE THAT HAS HEARD MY STORY HAS JUMPED ON BOARD!!!! MANY MANY THANKS TO ALMA AND YOUR COMPANY FOR GIVING MY FAMILY 9 WONDERFUL DAYS OF VACATION AND THEN GETTING US HOME AFTER 8 ADDITIONAL DAYS UNPLANNED THANKS TO WILMA

Comments:	The ocean was more beautiful than we expected. I only wish that the hurricane would not have came in and cut our trip short. Sunset Travel (the parent company of Palace-Resorts-Expert) and Go-Go went above my expectations. During the hurricane they did everything possible to get us out and helped our families. Alma Garcia is awesome. She went above her duties to help me before we left for the trip. I emailed her several times with questions and she always responsed very quickly. Also I called her several times and she always set my mind at ease since this was the first trip my husband and I took over seas. Thanks Alma. Your the best :)

Highlight(s):	My brother got married at the Moon Palace Resort and the ceremony was PERFECT. The coordinator on site was fabulous, and all aspects of the service were better than we could have imagined.
Comments:	The trip met all of our expectations, and actually exceeded some related to travelling with our infant. The staff at the Moon Palace Resort went above and beyond to meet our needs with her.

Comments:	The Palace Resort's "stay in one, play in all six" is wonderful. We made it to 4 of the six and they are all beautiful. I would highly suggest the Sun Palace.

Comments:	Working with your firm was very satisfying as everything met our expectations. Your recommendation to stay at the Cancun Palace Resort was perfect as my entire family throughly enjoyed our stay right in the center of the hotel strip. The service was fabulous with everyone so friendly. The beach was just incredible with the crystal blue waters. I can't wait to book my next trip to Cancun so I can see more of the great sites in the area.
