Stuff To Know About Cancun, Mexico

Nightlife / Dining Out

Night Life
You've been at the beach all day, you've had your siesta and now you're ready to dance the night away!  Lucky you - you've come to the right place! Cancun is famous all over the world for it's nightlife, and the local drinking age is 18.  When the sun goes down and a few drinks have been consumed Cancun really does spring to life.  The nightlife intense, starts late here in the clubs (usually earlier in restaurants) and, because of the lack of a set closing time, goes on until the wee hours of the next day.  The bars are very entertaining and the waiters make sure there’s always a lively atmosphere.  Nightclubs and discos offer special promotions and some wild contests, (bikini & male hot bod) usually during the week.  Live music, DJ-style music, and even karaoke is featured in nightclubs, and some interesting shows are occasionally featured.  There are "Ladies Nights" where women drink for free and even some Chippendale type shows.  Everyone should easily find a place to call their favorite while on vacation in Cancun.  Ask around among other tourists and some locals and you will probably be able to find out "where it's at" currently.
